Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Brownie (sugar, butter and gluten free!)

Today I want to share with you one of my recent favourite sweet treat!

These Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Brownies do no have any additional sugar or butter. They are completely gluten free, packed with proteins and fibre and they are absolutely gorgeous!


 All you will need are the following ingredients:

  • 1 ripped banana (medium)
  • 2/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 flat tbsp of natural peanut butter (or one big tbsp)
  • Dark chocolate chunks / chips, mixed nuts, raisins (whatever you have at home)
And you will need a 5-6 inches baking tin / mold. 


Basically you just need to preheat your oven to 175 Celsius, mix all the ingredients together and put the mixture in the baking tin. I like to top some chopped nuts on top but it is optional.


Pop the mixture into the oven for around 18-20 minutes. Put a cocktail stick into the brownie and if there is no batter sticking, the brownie is done! 

Let it cool for around 10 minutes and then you can cut it. I think it is easier to cut it while it is still warm because you can still cut through the chocolate chunks. Enjoy it warm or keep it for up to 4 days in a cool, dry place!
